Lawmakers have cited evidence suggesting that Shell and Eni bribed Nigerian government officials, including former President Goodluck Jonathan, with $1.1 billion.
The evidence indicates that both companies were involved in a scheme resulting in the payment of $1.1 billion in bribes to Nigerian government officials, including the then President Goodluck Jonathan.
