He said, "Our Class of 2004 has thrived in various spheres of life. We are proud to count among us engineer, successful business tycoons, renowned artisans, lecturer among others making waves across different sectors.

"Our achievements in these fields stand as a testament to the quality of education we received in Orita Community High school, and we continue to excel in our respective professions, contributing meaningfully to society.

"We are proud of our achievements and we realize that given back to our alma mater is germane to boost leaning. This is why we took on the responsibility of giving back to our alma mater by renovating a classroom."

The president said the initiative became pertinent to enhance the academic performance of students.

Uwala said, "Research shows that a conducive learning environment directly correlates with improved academic performance. We want today's students to have the best possible conditions to learn, grow, and excel—something we believe cannot be achieved by the government alone.

"It is noteworthy that this project was undertaken during a period of economic crisis in the country when many are struggling to make ends meet. Yet, despite these challenges, our members—both home and abroad—contributed generously to make this project a reality."

He hailed the presence of the Royal father, Oloja of Oja Odan,  Oba Engr Oyebanji Adetunji Olowobese, saying "Your unwavering commitment to education is well-known.

"Your numerous initiatives since ascending the throne, including sponsoring quizzes and debates, supporting  back-to-school programs and infrastructure projects, are testament to your commitment to educational advancement in our community," he added.

The reunion, according to him, has birth significant  benefits; boost employment opportunities, unity and networking among members.

"Over the past two years, we have achieved several milestones. By coming together, we have been able to assist some of our colleagues gain meaningful employment—demonstrating the power of unity and networking.

"We have made it a priority to support each other and offering financial aid when needed as a sign of solidarity.

"Furthermore, we have initiated an economic empowerment program. Our zero-interest business loan initiative has benefited several members, helping them improve their livelihoods without the burden of high-interest rates. This initiative exemplifies our belief that success is best when shared," the president explained.

He continued that, "We understand the importance of knowledge and have created a platform to share invaluable information that benefits all members, whether it's job opportunities, health tips, or business advice. Knowledge is the key to progress, and by sharing it, we ensure that no one is left behind.

"We have also introduced an annual end-of-year welfare package where food items are distributed to some members. This gesture is our way of showing that, regardless of how tough times may be, we are always there to support each other."

The president noted that the milestone underscored the association unwavering commitment to delivering quality education and significantly enhancing the learning environment for the students.
