No precise date has been set for the start of the exercise, but Mr. Kwarra told reporters that he will speak with President Muhammadu Buhari to determine a good time to conduct the census.
Ms. Ulla Mueller, the resident representative of the United Nations Population Fund, promised UNFPA's assistance in guaranteeing the exercise's success.
Mueller emphasized the value of the exercise in achieving the sustainable development goal and added that the post-enumeration survey will lend legitimacy to the census.
The UNFPA provided sixteen high-capacity computers in support of the post-enumeration survey in order to carry out the post-enumeration survey.
