Actress Oluwasina Responds To Death Rumour, Says "I'm Very Much Alive"

Nigerian actress and filmmaker Bukunmi Oluwasina has responded to allegations of her death, stating that she is very much alive.

Bukunmi Oluwasina took to Instagram and shared a black-and-white photo of herself with a shaven head.

She accompanied the photo with a forceful statement that read: "Everyone wishing You or Me dead will be buried before the end of 2024."

This article follows a wave of false claims on social media reporting the actress's death. 

On Sunday, August 26, a video went viral on TikTok saying that Bukunmi Oluwasina had died. This was also reported on YouTube.

The Jagun Jagun star also shared a post with the caption: “Psalm 118:17 #HappySunday.”

The verse reads, “I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the Lord has done,” further emphasizing her defiance against the baseless claims.

Oluwasina married her longtime partner Ebun in September 2020, and the couple welcomed their first child in March 2021.
