Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the president-elect, claims that despite the brutal campaign, he is pleased to have won the recently held presidential election.
Tinubu said he fought valiantly during the campaign when he opened the Rumuokwuta/Rumuola flyover on Wednesday in Port Harcourt.
But despite the obstacles and campaigns the opposition party ran against him, he still won the election.
Tinubu's speech:
"It is an honor and a privilege to be in your midst today," the president-elect added. I'm a very happy.
"Happy because I overcame a gruesome campaign, worked hard, had a lot of your support, and I won," he said.
