Ayobami Ajenipa, the Public Relations Manager at Bracken Media, highlighted the company's ongoing focus on financial inclusion while emphasising the importance of ensuring the security of customers' funds.
He also mentioned the introduction of novel security features such as the Nightguard and USSD code, which are aimed at enhancing fund protection.
Godswill Okwuchi, the Business Development Manager at Bracken Media, emphasised that efforts are being made to swiftly address any customer complaints.
The introduction of the Nightguard feature was also discussed as a measure to prevent fund loss during night-time transactions.
