Former Konga CEO Imudia Commits Suicide

Former Chief Executive Officer of Nigerian e-commerce giant Konga, Nick Imudia, has committed suicide.

Imudia allegedly committed suicide in his Lekki, Lagos apartment, while holding the position of CEO at D.light, a well-known provider of home solar energy solutions. 

Imudia reportedly leapt from his apartment's balcony late on Tuesday night, according to report.

He had communicated with his brother back in the United States before the unfortunate event, providing instructions regarding the distribution of his wealth in the event of his passing. 

He also made contact with his little daughter from a prior relationship, telling her that she could always locate him by looking up at the sky and that he would always be with her. 

His friends, family, and coworkers are shocked by the news and finding it difficult to comprehend why he decided to take his own life.

Imudia, originally from Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State, had previously been married to the mother of his daughter, who also hails from the same local government.

The marriage ended due to irreconcilable differences.
