Reform UK leader Nigel Farage has called on Western leaders to hold peace talks with Russian President, Vladimir Putin, following criticisms from both major parties in Britain over his comment on Ukraine war.
Farage said it would be “better to have those negotiations” to break the “complete stalemate” of the war, having previously argued last week that the West “provoked” the conflict through the expansion of NATO and the European Union.
In an interview with ITV News, on Monday, Farage said he supported the arming of Ukraine but that the number of lives being lost was “horrific” --- and there had been no genuine attempts at negotiations.
