English media personality, model, and author, Katerina Price, will not be receiving any money from her TikTok account while proceedings to settle her bankruptcy case are still pending, report has indicated.
It was gathered that after being detained at Heathrow Airport earlier this month, Katie Price appeared in court and was ordered to attend subsequent sessions.
The glamorous model, 46, was reportedly sent notices at her provided residences but did not show up for the virtual hearing.
Price announced on TikTok a few hours before the hearing that she would be live on the app later that night.
Judge Catherine Burton of the Insolvency and Companies Court presided over the proceedings.
Lawyers Lauren Kreamer and Darragh Connell represented TikTok and the trustees, respectively.
Mr Connell said while there had been "some progress made" in the case, he was concerned that payments to Price via the social media site had been made without the knowledge of the trustees.
He told the court that payments totaling £95,000 had been paid by TikTok to Price between March and May this year.
He also said there had been some discussion as to whether TikTok should divert 100% of Price's earnings via the site to the bankruptcy trustees.
