Davido Reveals Bestman Ahead Of His Wedding

Singer Davido has revealed who his best man will be at his wedding scheduled for Tuesday, June 25 in Lagos. 

A follower of his on X had asked who the singer's best man would be and he responded ‘Lati’.

Lateef Raimi Abiola popularly known as Lati or Lati DMW. He was born in Lagos born June 25, 1989. 

He has been with Davido since he lost his parents about 20 years ago. Davido was ten when they first met.

He is Davido’s personal assistant and also an A&R personnel (Artist and Repertoire) in the music industry. He plays a vital role within Davido Music Worldwide (DMW), Davido’s label.

Lati also accompanies Davido on tours worldwide, including concerts and shows, organising his schedule and controlling access to the music star.

In 2017, Davido bought him an oil tanker to help him fulfill his dream of setting up an oil and gas company called Latino General Merchants Nigeria Limited.

The train is mostly made up of David’s close friends from secondary school and University and very few friends from his entertainment circle.
