Who's Behind CBN's Fake News? Would you say Insider, or Outsider?

So, the questions are: is the CBN’s logo faked? Who are the peperators? Are they operating within the Bank  or are they Outsiders, and what's their motives? 

Often times, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has raised red alerts to some circulars emanating from the bank. 

In warning the business community, investors and news hounders,  the apex bank has labelled such sensitive information  as " FAKE CONTENT " 

The latest of this is the Letter To All Deposit Money Banks and Non- Bank Financial Institutions And Other Financial Institutions, dated April 23, 2024, and allegedly signed by Dr Adetona Adedeji, the Acting Director, Banking Supervision Department.

So, the questions are: is the CBN’s logo faked? Who are the peperators? Are they operating within the Bank  or are they Outsiders, and what's their motives?
