New court documents have revealed the terrible final hours of Friends actor Matthew Perry's life, which ended due to an alleged drug overdose.
Perry, 54, was discovered dead at his home in Los Angeles on October 28, last year.
The actor reportedly took ketamine six to eight times each day before his death.
According to court documents, on the day Perry died, Iwamasa was accused of injecting the actor with his first dose of ketamine around 8.30 a.m.
According to records, he then delivered a second dosage of the medication to Perry at 12.45pm as he was watching a movie.
"Approximately 40 minutes later, victim M.P. [Perry] asked the defendant to prepare the jacuzzi for him and allegedly told the defendant, 'shoot me up with a big one,' referring to another shot of ketamine," according to the prosecutor's statement.
Iwamasa was then reported to have given Perry his third injection in six hours before leaving to run errands.
When he returned, Perry was alleged to be having his face down in the water, dead.
According to court filings, Iwamasa allegedly gave Perry six to eight ketamine doses each day in the days leading up to his death.
Five persons have been charged in connection with Perry's death, including his live-in personal assistant Kenneth Iwamasa, a doctor named Salvador Plasencia, known as 'Dr. P', and Jasveen Sangha, who was referred to in the documents as the 'Ketamine Queen'.
