The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) is collaborating with the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) to investigate methods for improving its operations using artificial intelligence (AI), high-powered computing, and other technological products and services.

Hussaini Ishaq Magaji, the Registrar General of CAC, stated that the operational capability of the CAC Registration Portal has been rapidly growing since he took office in October 2023, emphasizing the importance of seeking technology-driven solutions from suitable partners to bolster and maintain the system.

In a meeting with NASENI's Executive Vice Chairman EVC/CEO, Khalil Suleiman Halilu, in Abuja, emphasized the Commission's interest in leveraging artificial intelligence to expedite company registration in accordance with international standards through collaborative efforts.

He highlighted NASENI's potential contribution as a developer of various technology solutions, such as solar, in advancing CAC's capabilities.

The Naseni EVC announced that the agency is developing an energy solution to power the entire Naseni building and institute upgrade, with the potential to extend to the CAC.

He expressed concern about private technology companies taking advantage of government agencies by selling unnecessary or duplicate products. NASENI Technology Services will soon provide cost-effective, durable, reliable, and reliable alternative solutions.

Director of Technology Business Development, Engr. Bernard Ozigis Omeiza, highlighted some of the agency's activities and accomplishments since its establishment.

He disclosed that eight products were being prepared for the market and emphasized that the agency takes pride in having the best solar panel in the country.

The S.A. ICT to the Naseni Boss, Bashir Aliyu, disclosed that the agency was collaborating with NITDA, the National Centre for AI Robotics, Ministry of Communications, and Data Economy to replicate advanced technology from countries such as the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. This collaboration aims to enhance their AI capacity.
