The School of Grant Success (SGS) has announced its strategic plan for expansion for financial access for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and startups across Africa.
In a statement shared with Vanguard, the founder and lead faculty of SGS, Mr. Edward Esene has expressed the school's commitment to recognizing the pivotal role funding plays in the success of startups and small businesses.
He noted that the SGS aims to bridge the knowledge gap in the dynamic landscape of business finance and funding, providing a comprehensive educational experience.
SGS addressed the second most cited obstacle faced by MSMEs in emerging markets and developing countries. SGS, Africa’s premier school of proposals and grant writing was launched in 2023, boasts over 10 years of experience and results in the MSME finance space in Nigeria.
The school has a mission to train and support 1,000,000 MSMEs, youths, and organizations in applying for contracts and grants across Africa in the next 10 years (2024-2034), hence, making a remarkable impact on the entrepreneurial landscape.
With a focus on practical, real-world applications, SGS endeavors to empower entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the complexities of finance. This expansion will contribute significantly to the growth and success of MSMEs and startups across Africa.
