With a brand-new pop-up restaurant set to launch on June 30 in Los Angeles, the world's largest provider of video streaming is bringing its programming "from screen to table."
On June 15, Netflix announced the change and stated that the restaurant's name will be Netflix Bites.
The restaurant will serve dishes made by chefs who have been on Netflix programs including "Chef's Table," "Iron Chef," "Is It Cake?" and "Drink Masters."
Dominque Crenn and Curtis Stone, two chefs with Michelin stars, are among those taking part. The lineup for the temporary eatery also includes baker Nadiya Hussain and maestro of East-West fusion Ming Tsai.
"One of the greatest delights of my life is sharing my love of food with people all around the world, but this screen-to-table experience of giving them a taste of what happens on camera is just wonderful," Stone said in a statement.
The restaurant, which is housed in the Short Stories Hotel in Los Angeles, will be open every day from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and will offer brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
On the website for Netflix Bites, it indicates "check back soon" for a menu. Resy.com is accepting reservations. $25 non-refundable deposits per person are requested and applied to customers' check totals.
