Don Richie launches record label, signs two artistes

Music executive and entrepreneur, Don Richie has officially launched his own record company, Richie Music Empire.

The label's objective is to reinvent the Afrobeats genre by setting new standards for artist development, production, and global promotion.

As part of its grand premiere, Richie Music Empire has already signed two young singers, Ranti and Blaqmanta, whom Don Richie feels represent the future of Nigerian music. 

Don Richie said; “I saw immense talent, dedication, and a unique sound in both Blaqmanta and Ranti. “Their styles align perfectly with the vision of Richie Music Empire, and I am confident they will make a significant impact on the music industry.”

“We are focused on providing a personalized approach to artist development,” Don Richie added. “Our goal is to give them the creative freedom to express themselves while ensuring they have the support needed to reach their full potential.”

With Ranti and Blaqmanta as the first signees, the label is already positioning itself as a key player in Nigeria’s thriving Afrobeats scene. Don Richie promises more exciting projects ahead, with plans to expand the label’s roster and collaborate with both local and international artists.

“Our goal is to make Richie Music Empire a household name, known for nurturing talent and pushing the boundaries of what Afrobeats can be,” Don Richie stated.
