The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has launched a long-standing review of working conditions to bring them into line with modern public service principles to improve productivity.
The commission made the announcement recently through its official X handle, stating that the commission abides by the recommendations of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) for the benefit of its staff.
The Registrar and CEO of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Hussaini Ishaq Magaji, said the review was in line with the recommendations of the Management Committee.
He noted that the review is part of 318th Management Council.
He further stressed that the CAC is undertaking a comprehensive review of its conditions of service to modernize them and ensure they align with best practices in public service for the benefit of its employees.
Rocketparrot News reports that the two-day review retreat was chaired by the Registrar-General and was attended by all directors, heads of departments, and units of the CAC.
