The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has made public the list of Senators-elect for the Nigerian National Assembly. The list was posted on the commission’s verified Twitter account on Monday evening, and includes the names of successful candidates following the Presidential and National Assembly elections held on February 25.
The commission also confirmed that it would issue certificates of return to those whose names appear on the list on Tuesday, March 7, as previously announced in a statement at the weekend.
