Hollywood actress, Judi Dench has disclosed that her failing vision may force her to give up acting.
The actress stated this while attending the Chelsea Flower Show in London when a reporter inquired about her upcoming projects Dench said, "No, no. Not even seeing is possible for me.
It's no secret that Dench has been losing her sight for years, even though some people would find her response surprising. She was identified as having advanced macular degeneration back in 2012; this condition can cause a significant loss of central vision.
The Oscar winner disclosed in 2021 that, to help her in her film parts, she asks her pals to read her lines aloud.
While appearing on "The Graham Norton Show" in 2023, the 89-year-old revealed she was having a very hard time reading the lines in her movie scripts.
