Nigerian rapper, Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck has reacted to trolls shading Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
Baba Adeboye faced criticism on social media after he stated that "Nigeria's problems are spiritual".
The famous cleric suggested spiritual solutions to Nigeria's socioeconomic and security concerns. Adeboye stated that, while political leaders have made attempts, the country badly needs supernatural intervention.
He made these remarks during a meeting with Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, at the Sir Kashim Ibrahim Government House in Kaduna.
He said, “I am delighted to be here again. I was here about two years ago with the former governor. At that time I came to pray for some of my members who were kidnapped and were miraculously rescued.
“I have come again this time around because it has become clearer to us that the problems our nation is facing is more than political. Our problems will require quite a bit of spiritual solution.
However, reacting to the backlash against the RCCG leader, Odumodublvck noted that Muslims don’t insult their clerics the way Christians do.
He said Adeboye deserves to be respected by Christian youths even by his age. On his X handle, Odumodublvck wrote: “Pastor Adeboye never insulted anyone on this app.
“You do not see Muslims come out to insult their clerics. Then later we complain that our religion is being stepped on.
“Even based on age wise, una no fit follow una papa talk the way una dey follow Adeboye talk. And he senior una papa and mama.
“That’s why I never rated you n*ggas on this app. Una double standards choke.”
