Xavi Hernandez has issued a cautionary message to the incoming Barcelona manager, warning of the difficulties they will face at the Catalan club.
Xavi emphasized the need for patience, acknowledging the complexities of the managerial role at Barcelona.
Reflecting on his recent departure from the club, Xavi conveyed his sentiments after Barcelona's 2-1 victory over Sevilla in La Liga on Sunday.
He stated, “I would like to tell the new coach that he will suffer and that he should be patient, it’s a very complicated position. The only thing that will save the new coach is winning.”
Following Xavi’s exit last week, former Bayern Munich manager Hansi Flick is reportedly close to finalizing a deal to take over as Barcelona’s next head coach.
