The Presidential Election Petitions Court noted that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Atiku Abubakar, had provided verified copies of President Bola Tinubu's academic and professional credentials.
Among the documents submitted as evidence is President Tinubu's B.Sc. degree from Chicago State University, his NYSC Discharge degree, and a certificate of service from Mobil Nigeria Oil Plc.
Throughout the court proceedings, Mike Enahoro Ebah Esq., a called witness for PDP, supplied information on these materials. Even though they allegedly belonged to Tinubu, he saw that they weirdly had the name "Bola Adekunle Tinubu."
The witness also provided letters addressed to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as supporting attachments, along with forms EC13 and EC9, which are nomination forms, under the direction of PDP lawyer Chris Uche (SAN).
However, the legal counsel for INEC, President Tinubu's attorney, Emmanuel Ukala (SAN), and the APC, Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), all objected to the admission of these papers.
