Uefa To Co-Organize Ballon D'or From 2024

Co-Organizers of the Ballon d'Or

UEFA has agreed to terms with Groupe Amaury, the company that owns both France Football and L'Equipe. The French resource will keep its ownership of the Ballon d'Or brand and will continue to manage an "unchanged and independent" voting procedure in accordance with the terms of this deal. UEFA will contribute its expertise in football, market the global commercial rights, and host the yearly awards ceremony.

New awards addition

The Ballon d'Or isn't the only award UEFA and Groupe Amaury plan to give out starting next year; they also plan to give out separate prizes for the best men's and women's coaches.
