Bola Tinubu, the incoming president, traveled to Europe for business on Wednesday.
He arrived back in the nation two weeks after his journey to London, Paris, and Saudi Arabia.
This was said in a statement that his media assistant, Tunde Rahman, signed.
According to the statement, Tinubu would take advantage of the trip to meet with some of his most important aides and fine-tune the transition plans and programs as well as his policy options without undue pressure or distraction.
The President-elect will meet with investors and other important partners during the tour in order to promote investment prospects in the nation and the preparedness of his administration to create a business-friendly environment through laws and regulations.
"Meetings with multi-sectoral actors in Europe's business community, including manufacturing, agriculture, technology, and energy, have already been scheduled," the statement stated.
"Through collaborations based on the creation of jobs and the development of skills, Asíwájú Tinubu intends to persuade them that Nigeria is prepared to conduct business under his leadership.
"The gathering is a part of Tinubu's efforts to re-establish Nigeria's prominence in the global economic system and generate empowering chances for the nation's sizable youth population. Reviving the country's economy is a key component of Tinubu's Renewed Hope program.
"The President-elect has previously stated that he would get started right away, and the visit shows that he intends to keep that promise as he has already started speaking with international actors about the crucial issues of security and the economy.
"Asiwaju Tinubu met with Hon. Tajudeen Abbas and Hon. Benjamin Kalu, who were introduced to him by the Joint Task Team of the House, the candidates for Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the House who have been sponsored by his party, the All Progressives Congress. "
The former governor of Lagos State, Tinubu, is anticipated to return "shortly" to begin making final preparations for his inauguration as the nation's 16th president on May 29, 2023.
