The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has petitioned the Supreme Court for the disqualification of Sen. Bola Tinubu, the president-elect, and Kassim Shettima, the vice president-elect, and the court has deferred the case till May 26.
The PDP had pleaded with the Supreme Court to overturn the Court of Appeal's ruling, which found that the party had failed to prove its locus standi and was therefore not entitled to review. (NAN)
