Sony's Afeela Concept Car to Join Gran Turismo 7

Sony announced on Wednesday that Afeela will be joining the racing Gran Turismo 7 game for free. 

The news comes directly from a PlayStation Studios Blog post published on Wednesday. Hermen Hulst, Head of PlayStation Studios, enthusiastically announced the addition: 

"We are thrilled to announce that the Afeela will be joining the incredible line-up of cars in Gran Turismo 7,' said Hulst. 'This collaboration between PlayStation and Sony brings cutting-edge design and innovation directly to our passionate Gran Turismo community."

The Afeela concept car, unveiled earlier this year at CES 2024, is a collaboration between Sony and Honda. It embodies a sleek and stylish design, boasting next-generation technology promises.

While technical specifications haven't been fully revealed for the real-world car, Gran Turismo 7 players will be able to experience the Afeela's virtual performance firsthand.

According to the PlayStation Blog post, the Afeela will be available for download in Gran Turismo 7 starting at 11:00 PM PT on April 25th, 2024 (which is 2:00 AM ET on April 26th). So, gear up, racing enthusiasts – Sony's concept car is ready to hit the track!
