Rapper Lil Baby Arrested for Possession of Illegal Weapon

American rapper, Dominique Armani Jones known popularly as Lil Baby has been arrested in Las Vegas for allegedly carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.

The rapper was taken to Clark County Detention Center on Monday, August

TMZ provided an update from Lil Baby’s attorneys on Tuesday (Aug. 27).

Drew Findling and David Chesnoff told the outlet, “To be clear, Dominique Jones has a valid Georgia Carrying a Concealed Weapon (CCW) Permit.

On his behalf, we are actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding his arrest in Las Vegas.” 

There are no other details about the arrest at this time.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has yet to reveal specifics regarding the suspected crime.

However, this is not the artiste's first arrest. His earlier offenses were for reckless driving and small marijuana possession in Paris in 2021.
