The 2023 presidential election outcome cases submitted before the presidential election petition tribunal have been postponed until Wednesday, May 10.
One of the spokespersons for the Labour Party, LP, Kenneth Okonkwo, revealed this in a tweet on Monday.
The case was postponed to Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 2 p.m. prompt, according to Okonkwo's statement.
The announcement of Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, APC, as the winner of the February 25 presidential election is being contested by Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and Peter Obi of the Labour Party, LP.
