[Photos]: Eagle Square Comes Alive Ahead Tinubu’s Inauguration

In preparation for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu's inauguration as the country's next leader, Eagle Square in Abuja is already humming with activity.

There is tight security in place, given the fact that dignitaries have started to gather in the area before the inauguration officially begins.

During the same ceremony, Senator Kashim Shettima would also be sworn in as Nigeria's new vice president.

Bola Tinubu and his wife, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, Senator Kashim Shettima, the vice president-elect, Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, the chief of the military staff, General Lucky Irabor, APC chairman Adamu Adamu, and a large number of others had already arrived at the venue.

The official start of the swearing-in is pending the arrival of President Muhammadu Buhari and outgoing Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
