Peter Obi has been seen entering the courtroom for the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal hearing.
On Wednesday, Obi's campaign spokesperson Kenneth Okonkwo posted a picture of the candidate in court on his Twitter page.
We are back in the Court of Appeal today, May 17, 2023, for the resumption of hearing in our suit to overthrow the current government and bring in a new Nigeria, Okonkwo tweeted.
"Some hired political clowns and impostors posing as leaders of the Labour Party attempted to interrupt court proceedings but were humiliated. With God's grace, we have won."
Before the Court reopened, there was a fight between Julius Abure and the Labour Party side led by Apapa Lamidi about seating arrangements.
Obi is in court contesting Bola Ahmed Tinubu's election as president in the February 25 presidential election.
