Microsoft and Mitsumi to Showcase AI Innovations at GITEX Africa 2024

Global technology leaders Microsoft and Mitsumi Distribution are set to participate in GITEX Africa 2024, the continent's largest tech and startup event, to be held in Marrakech, Morocco from May 29th to June 1st.

Mitsumi Distribution, an artificial intelligence distributor with a presence in 28 countries, plans to unveil cutting-edge technological advancements and innovations under the theme "Pioneering Future Solutions Today." 

The company will focus on showcasing Africa's potential in the field of artificial intelligence, featuring advancements in machine learning, generative AI, computer vision, and AI-driven chatbots.

Additionally, Mitsumi will present cloud solutions, security, infrastructure solutions, and other value-driven technologies.

The event, held under the patronage of King Mohammed VI of Morocco, will bring together industry leaders and innovators to explore the opportunities and challenges of AI adoption in Africa.

Lillian Barnard, President of Microsoft Africa, is among the keynote speakers who will discuss how AI can unlock Africa's growth potential and drive economic development.

Mitsumi Distribution's booth will feature an impressive lineup of industry giants, including Acer, Array Networks, Asus, Canon, Dell Technologies, HPE, HP, Infinix, Lenovo, Lexar, Oppo, Samsung, Seagate, Tecno, and VIVO.

Mitesh Shah, Managing Director at Mitsumi Distribution, expressed his enthusiasm for the event, stating, "In this ever-evolving landscape of innovation, AI stands out as one of the most prominent topics, continually expanding its reach and impact.
