Joseph Aloba, the father of the late Nigerian singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, better known as Mohbad, has come forward to confront the swirling storm of rumors about his son's widow, Omowunmi Aloba, laying down harsh and dramatic conditions before agreeing to a DNA test on her son, Liam.
Recall that a recording appeared of a group of women known as "Team Wunmi."
The online tape revealed several conditions Wunmi allegedly attached to her agreement for the test, the most explosive of which was her intention to sue Joseph Aloba if the DNA test confirmed the child's paternity.
It was also revealed that if the DNA test results are negative, Wunmi is willing to face imprisonment for infidelity during her late husband's lifetime.
When confronted with these outrageous charges, Mohbad's father refused to remain silent. In an audio conversation with some of the people from the viral video, he was asked about the suspicions surrounding the DNA test and the alleged jail terms.
Joseph Aloba responded quickly and unequivocally, denying the charges. He said that he had never received any written agreement from Wunmi or her legal representatives regarding jail time or threats of legal action.
