American rapper Meek Mill has stated that he intends to employ an investigative team to determine why he is being linked to disgraced music executive Sean Combs, nicknamed Diddy.
Recall that Diddy was arrested by Homeland Security on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and interstate sex trafficking.
Following his incarceration, Diddy's former and current colleagues have faced public criticism.
An audio also resurfaced online, which had initially gained traction earlier this year when Lil Rod included Meek in his sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy.
As the controversy continues, Mill remains firm in his stance against the allegations, asserting his integrity and commitment to the hip-hop community.
In response to the media criticism, Mill stated that he was willing to employ an investigative team for $100,000 to learn more about his involvement in Diddy's case.
He also said he was interested in finding out those “empowering” the media to involve him in the scandal.
On his X handle, Mill wrote, “I wanna hire an investigative team with $100k cash to find out every specific detail involving Meek Mill name to ‘Diddy’ case… I also want them to look at who is empowering the media involving ‘Meek’ anything to do with buddy! ‘Something not right’.”
Meanwhile, Diddy has denied all the charges, entering a not-guilty plea on Tuesday, 17 September and his bail request was rejected twice.
