Premier League CEO Richard Masters has confirmed that Manchester City's hearing for their 115 financial charges will take place in the "near future."
Masters announced on Friday during a European Leagues press conference held in London. Despite the assurance, no specific dates for the hearing were provided.
The charges against Manchester City, dating back to 2009 and spanning until 2018, involve 115 separate alleged breaches of the Premier League's Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations.
These charges were formally issued in February 2023.
City, the reigning champions, have vehemently denied the allegations.
The complexity of City's historical charges sets them apart from recent cases involving clubs like Nottingham Forest and Everton, according to Premier League officials.
