Marc Agnifilo, attorney for American rapper and music entrepreneur, Sean Combs, aka Diddy, has explained the reason 1,000 bottles of baby oils were discovered in his client's Beverly Hills residence during a March raid by federal agents.
According to federal agents, the items are intended for use in orgies known as "freak offs."
However, speaking in a new TMZ Studios documentary, 'The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment,' the rapper's lawyer said that the 1,000 baby oils were for family use.
He emphasised that Diddy purchased massive amounts of baby oil because he enjoyed buying them in bulk.
“He has a big house, he buys in bulk. I think they have Costcos in every place where he has a home,” Agnifilo explained.
The lawyer also argued that Diddy's "Freak Offs" were often threesomes, consisting of Diddy, his ex-girlfriend Cassie, and another man, rather than orgies, as federal officials claimed.
Homeland Security has arrested Diddy on accusations of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and interstate transportation for prostitution.
Diddy has denied all charges and entered a not guilty plea on Tuesday, September 17.
However, the record label boss' bail request was denied twice. He has been reportedly placed on suicide watch amid his trial.
