Nollywood actor Lateef Adedimeji is reminiscing on his professional history ahead of the release of his new film on Netflix.

Taking to Instagram to post the movie trailer, he noted that he could go on and on about all he went through to make the film happen, but he would save it for another day because he is currently focused on counting his blessings.

Lateef reflected on his experience, noting how he progressed from being the youngster backstage to guiding a galaxy of stars in creating this masterpiece.

Giving fans a preview of what to expect, he stated that if they grasped the effects of condescending imprisonment, they would appreciate the strength of freedom since the film would teach them what their heroes went through to achieve the freedoms they enjoy today.

He said, “With excitement and joy, I present to you the official trailer of our blockbuster movie, LISABI – The Uprising. A Netflix original @naijaonnetflix @netflixfilm

"I can go on and on to tell you what we went through to make this happen, but today is about counting my blessings; I went from being the boy backstage to leading a galaxy of stars in bringing you this masterpiece.

"If you understand the consequences of condescending captivity, you’ll appreciate the power of freedom. This movie will show you what our heroes went through to gift us the liberty we enjoy today.

"Lisabi – The Uprising hits Netflix on the 27th of September, this one is for you and every child of our land. You will love it!”
