The Lagos State government has unsealed the magnificent Donald's Fast Food housing De-Angels Night Club, owned by a popular celebrity, Cubana Chief Priest.
Recall that the state government sealed off the restaurant last Sunday over alleged noise pollution and environmental infractions.
In an update shared on Tuesday morning, September 17, the state Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunboh Wahab, said Cubana Chief Priest had signed an undertaking to stick to the environmental laws of the state.
Wahab stated, ‘’Following the seal off of Donald's Fast Food (De-Angels Night Club) in accordance with the Lagos State Environmental Management and Protection Law 2017, Part VI Section 177 by the Lagos State government, the business proprietor has signed an undertaking to stick to the environmental laws of the state.
"Cubana Chief Priest also promised to maintain the approved fast food business enterprise as against using the facility for any form of clubbing or partying as it is a residential area and state laws forbid it.
"Consequently, the Fast Food facility has been ordered unsealed. The Lagos State government continues to show commitment to ensuring safe environment for all Lagosians."
This comes amid rumors of the socialite having a child outside his marriage.
Recall that a Kenyan lady had accused the businessman of fathering her son after they had an affair.
