The Kaduna Electricity Distribution Company has announced an increase in the tariff for customers on Band A feeders.
According to the company’s Head of Corporate Communication, Abdulazeez Abdullahi, premium customers will now be required to pay N209.5/kWh instead of the previous N206.80/kWh, effective from July 1.
The statement titled, ‘Upward Review of Tariff for Band A Feeders’, also assured customers of continued availability of 20-24hrs supply daily as stipulated in the Service Based Tariff regime.
He noted that the tariff for Bands B, C, D, and E remained unchanged.
