Govt shuts down Cubana Chief Priest's magnificent restaurant in Lagos

The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency has sealed off Donald's Fast Food operated by Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, on Adebayo Doherty Street in Lekki 1, due to alleged continuous noise pollution and other environmental violations.

Tokunbo Wahab, Commissioner of Environment and Water Resources, said this on Sunday via X.com.

Wahab said the agency initiated action after giving several warnings and abatement letters to the establishment for failing to comply with environmental standards.

The statement said, “After several warnings and abatement notices, the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency #LasepaOfficial sealed Donald’s Fast Food on Adebayo Doherty Street, Lekki Phase 1 over noise pollution and other environmental infractions.”

Recall that the socialite officially launched his magnificent restaurant in Lekki which drew  A-list celebrities, who attended to celebrate with the famous socialite.

Music sensation Davido led the group of supporters. Other noteworthy guests were Flavour, Isreal DMW, Asa Asika, Poco Lee, and Fake Poco Lee, as well as other influential personalities in Nigeria's entertainment sector.
