Kanye West's former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has sued him for sexual harassment and unlawful termination, according to court records.
In the filing, Lauren Pisciotta stated that she began working with the rapper in July 2021, as he prepared to debut his Yeezy fashion line.
The influencer, who has collaborated with West on a few "Donda" tracks, was offered $1 million for the position. The only requirement was to be available to the rapper 24 hours a day, seven days a week, which she agreed to.
In exchange, West allegedly increased the model's annual compensation to $2 million to compensate for the lost earnings. However, he never modified her wages.
Shortly after her raise, the father of four allegedly began sending her nasty text messages.
Along with the vulgar communications, he allegedly sent intimate details about sexual activities he desired to perform, as well as images and videos of West having intercourse with other women.
Pisciotta also allegedly received intimate images of "current and former" Yeezy employees — both "men and women" — from the West.
By September 2022, Pisciotta had been appointed to Chief of Staff at many of West's enterprises and promised a $4 million salary. However, only a month later, he fired her.
Pisciotta was offered $3 million in severance pay, which she apparently never received.
Pisciotta's complaint seeks compensation for breach of contract and hostile work environment.
