Nigerian singer and YBNL signee, Fireboy, has revealed via his social media channels that his fourth album, titled 'Adedamola', will be released on August 29.
The highly anticipated album arrives two years after Fireboy's third album, 'Playboy,' which included the hit singles 'Bandana' with Asake and 'Playboy'.
Fireboy's first name, 'Adedamola,' signals that the singer is shifting away from the hedonistic exploration that defined his previous album in favor of more personal and emotive topics.
According to the pre-save tracklist accessible on streaming services, the album will comprise the lead singles 'Yawa' and 'Obaa Sima', which were released in 2023, as well as his most recent song, 'Every day'.
Fans are excited at Fireboy's next album, which they hope will portray a more personal side of the musician who won listeners' hearts with the emotional lyrics and engaging melodies of his debut album, 'Laughter, Tears, and Goosebumps'.
Fireboy has yet to announce the tracklist for his next album. Fans may anticipate to see both Nigerian and international musicians on the list, similar to his previous album, which had guest performances from Asake, Rema, Chris Brown, and Shenseea.
