ABUJA, Nigeria (NAN) - The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) minister, Nyesom Wike, has stated that President Bola Tinubu is transforming the leadership narrative in Nigeria.
Wike made these comments in Abuja on Saturday following an inspection of ongoing projects in anticipation of commemorating Tinubu's second year in office.
He noted that the president's effective leadership has been bringing joy to Nigerians and that he has provided top-notch infrastructure for Abuja residents.
"I have mentioned before that leadership is a crucial aspect. When you have capable leadership, the populace benefits," he said.
"President Tinubu has demonstrated his commitment to changing Nigeria and ensuring the happiness of its citizens through his 'Renewed Hope Agenda,' which is indeed making strides."
Wike expressed pride in associating with Tinubu's leadership, highlighting it as what Nigeria truly needs. "Everyone can see that Abuja has genuinely transformed," he said.
"We are grateful for this and thankful to God for granting us the right leadership through the president to deliver the benefits of democracy to the Abuja residents."
He remarked that only those who are blind or pessimistic would dispute the fact that Tinubu is working for the nation's betterment.
Wike expressed his happiness that the Tinubu administration is positively affecting people's lives.
"What brings us joy is when the public is content. We are dedicated to serving our people and are pleased to be fulfilling the promises we made," he concluded.
