Ex-beauty queen, Ms. Queen Oluwadamilola Aderinoye popularly known as Ms. Aderinoye Queen Christmas has been issued a wanted notice by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) after conducting a raid on her residence in Lekki, Lagos.

The NDLEA had conducted a raid on her residence on Wednesday after a potent intelligence of her involvement in illicit substance dealings.

The former Miss Commonwealth Nigeria Culture 2015/2016 and founder of the Queen Christmas Foundation, Aderinoye managed to evade capture by fleeing her home.

During the search of her residence at Oral Estate, Lekki, the drug law enforcers uncovered incriminating evidence, including 606 grams of Canadian Loud (a synthetic strain of cannabis), an electronic weighing scale, large quantities of drug packaging plastics, a black RAV 4 SUV with the license plate Lagos KSF 872 GQ, and her picture frame, among other items.

In the same vein, the drug law representative, Femi Babafemi also reported the arrest of Udechukwu Ekene Theophilus, a Brazil returnee, at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) in Ikeja, Lagos. Udechukwu was apprehended during the inward clearance of passengers on an Ethiopian Airlines flight from Sao Paulo, Brazil, via Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on Sunday, January 21, 2024.

Udechukwu, had initially refused a body scan but ultimately accepted excretion observation. Subsequently, he released a total of 60 wraps of cocaine weighing 1.279 kilograms in five excretions.

In his statement, Udechukwu claimed to have consumed the drugs in Brazil, intending to discharge everything at the airport in Addis Ababa. However, he could only excrete 15 pellets before handing them over to another syndicate member before his connecting flight to Nigeria.
