Elon Musk claims that he would develop an AI he will call TruthGPT that is dedicated to comprehending the nature of the universe. This, according to the owner of Twitter, is the best "path to safety."
'TruthGPT' is the name of the AI that the billionaire recently revealed he intends to build. Because the AI's main goal will be to learn more about the the universe, Musk believes that developing it is the only "path to safety" because it won't aim to eradicate humans, because we are also a "beautiful part of the universe."
For a number of reasons, Musk has frequently criticized ChatGPT and its parent company OpenAI. He was first troubled about ChatGPT being "too woke" and worried about the risks posed by artificial intelligence. Then he shifted his attention to OpenAI, claiming that Microsoft had turned it into a cash cow even though that was never the plan for the business. He had also criticized OpenAI's choice to become a for-profit business and questioned whether it was "legal."
It is important to note that Musk was one of OpenAI's founders when it was founded in 2015. But he had quit the business in 2018 and had also sold all of his stock.
According to earlier reports, Musk closed OpenAI because of a conflict of interest because Tesla and Space X, two of his other firms, were also developing AI technologies at the time. According to a Semafor report that was just recently made public, there was more to this tale and Musk wanted to lead OpenAI and got into a fight with other co-founders over it. When a consensus couldn't be achieved, Musk left OpenAI.
