The Independent National Electoral Commission has stated that the collation of results from the Edo State governorship election held on Saturday will commence at 10 am today.
The Resident Electoral Commissioner in Edo State, Dr Anugbum Omuoha, has assured the public that the collation process will be conducted with full transparency, in line with the commission's existing regulations.
He said the commission is committed to ensuring the collation process follows the guidelines
The REC appreciates the patience and cooperation of all parties involved.
The REC however appeals to all stakeholders to remain calm and orderly, stressing that INEC remains dedicated to delivering a free, fair, and transparent election in Edo State.
