Department of State Services re-arrested suspended Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, Godwin Emefiele.
Emefiele was taken away from the Federal High Court premises in Lagos by operatives of the Department of State Services.
This is coming after the former CBN boss was granted N20m bail earlier today by the Lagos State Federal High Court.
Before this, there was a dispute between DSS operatives and officials of the Nigeria Correctional Service over who would take custody of the defendant.
Both government agencies had their Hilux vehicles parked near the courtroom entrance but the DSS outpowered the correctional centres officials.
Emefiele finally falls into the hands of the state security services.
