Draxler Leaves Psg For Qatar Club Al-Ahli

On Monday, French club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) announced that German international midfielder Julian Draxler, 29, has made a move to Qatar, signing with Al-Ahli, a Doha-based club, on a permanent deal. The transfer occurred despite Draxler having a year remaining on his contract with PSG. However, the details of the transfer fee were not disclosed. Al-Ahli, who secured an eighth-place finish in the Qatar Stars League last season, revealed that Draxler completed his medical examination on Sunday and has inked a contract that extends until 2025. However, he had fallen out of favor at PSG and spent the last season on loan at Benfica.
