The fourth lawsuit for sexual assault against well-known American singer Sean Combs, better known by his stage name Diddy, has been filed in less than a month.
Jane Doe, the fourth accuser, claimed on Wednesday that she was “gang raped” and “sex trafficked” in 2003 by Diddy, another man, and Harve Pierre, the former president of Bad Boy Records, when she was just 17 years old.
On his Instagram page, Diddy responded to this by saying, “Enough is enough. For the past couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to destroy my reputation and legacy.
“Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday.
“Let me be absolutely clear that I didn’t do any of the things being alleged. And I will fight for my name, family and for the truth.”
However, the lawsuit was settled out of court a day after it was filed.
The rapper was then sued by two other women.
