Veteran musician Don Jazzy, his former business partner and producer, has been praised by D'banj for his contribution to his success.
The artist stated that without Don Jazzy, his musical journey would not be complete.
He revealed this on Tuesday when posting a video of his courtesy visit to Don Jazzy, during which he gave him the invitation card for his anniversary dinner celebrating 20 years in the music business.
He claimed that the nostalgic occasion brought back memories of the significant accomplishments they had made together.
Sharing the video via his X handle, D’banj captioned it; “My 20-year journey cannot be complete without It’s @DONJAZZY again! Giving him the invite to my anniversary dinner was a moment filled with nostalgia. As we both celebrate 20 years in the industry, I’m reminded of the countless memories and milestones we’ve shared together. Here’s to two decades of brotherhood, entertainment, and unwavering support. Love you always, Brother! OooSHeeeee.”
D’banj and Don Jazzy co-founded Mo’Hits Records in 2004. Mo Hits disbanded as a label in 2012, with Don Jazzy citing differences in interests as the reason.
Don Jazzy went on to establish Mavins Record Label and Dbanj started DB record label.
