Afrobeats musician David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, has responded to his uncle Governor Ademola Adeleke's Supreme Court triumph.
On Tuesday, the supreme court validated Adeleke's victory in the Osun State gubernatorial election held on July 12, 2022.
A delighted Davido responded to the decision on Twitter by writing, "We go Dey shock dem like high tension!! @AAdeleke_01."
Senator Adeleke declared in a letter sent before the verdict was handed down that "God is going to win today."
"Amen unc. we got this," Davido replied.
